Report an error

Has your network operator changed its price list, or does the transfer fee not match your bill? Send the operator’s name, transfer product, main fuse size and ideally a link to the price list. For a tax question, give the source. Corrections go into the data file with a date and appear on every page at once.

Want another operator in the calculator?

The calculator currently covers thirteen operators. Tell us which area is missing and we will add it from the operator’s own price list.

What we cannot help with

We cannot see your consumption, contract or bill and we do not broker contracts. Questions about a bill go to the retailer or the network operator. In a dispute, Finnish consumer advice services and the Consumer Disputes Board can help.
